Return & Refund policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since purchase date we cannot offer you a refund. Since each ring is 100% customized it will have already gone through our beginning process.

To be eligible for a return, you must must cancel your order within 14 days of purchase before we begin customizations. If we incorrectly customize your ring we will fix it for free at no cost to you. If there is an error on your customization due to an error on your order we can fix your ring for a free.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) with obvious signs of use.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds (if applicable)

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a week of receiving the return.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it takes 3-5 business days for your refund to reflect in your account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@customfantasyrings.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or grammatical error on our end. If your customization form matches the ring, we cannot offer you a refund. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@customfantasyrings.com.
